Testimonials

Excellent experience! Exceptional quality and craftsmanship at a great price. Replaced a concrete patio, rebuilt a deck and corrected the support structure for a sinking three-season porch. Dane was easy to work with, responsive and kept me updated at every step of the project. Crews were timely, hard-working and respectful of the property. The finished product exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this team.

Called KBS for help with a tub to shower conversion in a very old house. Needed a quick turnaround and Dane and Keith pulled out all the stops to meet our schedule. Finished work is excellent - exactly what we needed! Thanks KBS for your responsiveness and professionalism!

These guys were awesome. Super professional! After the first ppl I hired messed up so badly we went with KBS and so glad we did! U guys made our dream kitchen a reality. Thank u

Except for delays in getting the material we had ordered, we had a good experience with KBS. Once the materials were on hand, the installation happened quickly. The installers were polite, professional and fast. We are very pleased with the result.

Hey guys you really made my wife happy. She did a lot of shopping and pricing. You guys came in told us how it was. In a very professional way. We felt comfortable and confident. It was true to the end. Shane and Dane were great. Thank you for the deck and the siding and the excellent choice of windows. Recommend highly

I can't say enough good things about this company. Every interaction I've had with them has been nothing short of excellent. They are consistently professional, kind, and incredibly easy to work with. It's clear they value their clients and take pride in delivering high-quality service. Highly recommend!

We are VERY happy with our experience with KBS- dealing with Zack, Dane and their professionals was a great experience. Everyone was polite, cleaned up every day, and made sure I liked their work before they left. We will definitely be using them for our next project!

Dane, Zach and Ryan were all great with the planning, timeframes and keeping in constant communication when we had questions about finishing our basement. They even installed kennels for our dogs under our stairs to help save space! I would recommend them for anyone needing to do any kind of remodeling!

KBS has remodeled two bathrooms for us and I highly recommend them for your remodeling needs. Their level of service is beyond anything I've ever experienced before. Prior to starting the project, a designer worked with us on selecting everything. They have a project manager that communicates every step of the way. And the workmanship is incredible.

I found myself in need of immediate help getting ready for installation of new cabinets. Although this was not a large job, Dane immediately drove to my home to evaluate what I needed and provided me a bid within hours. It is rare and admirable for a contractor to provide help on such short notice.

Save yourself a lot of time and call KBS first when you need honest, reliable, expert help. You won't be sorry!

Highly recommend KBS for your home improvement needs. Project manager Zach, designer Emma and estimator Dane were fantastic to work with and the communication throughout the project was outstanding. We're thrilled with how our basement remodel project turned out and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future. Five stars.

Very happy with how everything turned out! Very professional will recommend !

KBS is a great company to work with! Dane and his guys are always on top of everything. 100% recommended!

The best quality and efficiency in construction KBS

Good customer service, on time and quality delivered.

Quality service.

Super efficient and great communication. Couldn't be happier with our project

KBS replaced my roof. The process from start to finish working with Dane was seamless. Shane and his crew came and replaced our shingles and gutters and did an awesome job!

5+ stars for communication, honesty, and patience for Dane. We wanted new siding, windows, gutters, and painting done. Going in to this project I had no idea of all the different options in siding. Insulated, not insulated, standard with nothing under it, or do you put fan fold insulation, or foam board under it? We changed different things multiple times trying to see cost for all options. We had contractors that dropped out during the bidding process, but not Dane, he stayed in there the whole time, never wavering on the priority of whatever the customer wants. I believe you'll receive a top quality finished job with KBS. I highly recommend you give them a shot with any project you have.

They were super to work with. They kept me informed of scheduling and did fantastic work. All of their people were very professional and friendly. We love our new showers!

After our townhome flooded all 3 stories, a restoration company came in, got it cleaned up and made a giant disaster of billing, work, ethics, etc. Honestly, we contacted KBS simply to give the other company an ultimatum to do right or we'd be moving on.

I met Dane at our property within 2 hours of my initial call. He was SO down to earth and instantly felt like a great fit for us. It wasn't until nearly the end of the project did we know he was the owner. That is how involved he was!
His bid was significantly lower than the others, his timeline was significantly shorter and he NAILED it. The project was finished before the other company ever responded...

I cannot wait to use them for other projects! (Just hopefully at my own will, not because of water!)
Highly recommend!

Very happy with my new space!

Dane's team at KBS Remodeling & Restoration did our family a great deed to fix a minor soffit issue we noticed after the tornado several weeks later the very next day on them! They did our gutter replacement last summer & I highly recommend them!

Thank you Dane

Honestly, I equivocated between a 4 and 5 star rating on this one because it was a big job on a 55-year-old house and there were the usual delays and technical setbacks, and an 11% pricing increase in mid project forced by some old-house structural flaws and the magnetic sweep at the end was imperfect, but most of that was not KBS's fault. Dane and Eric and Miguel's crew showed remarkable skill and resilience and an indomitable problem-solving attitude throughout. Huge deck area: 50 ft East side, 36 ft North side

THE END RESULT WAS AN ASTOUNDING COMBINATION OF STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY AND SIMPLE BEAUTY AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL LAST A LIFETIME!!

Exactly what we hoped for

I hope the pictures do it justice. Thank you, KBS!

KBS were the utmost in professional serices: great communiation; showing up on time; accurate cost quotes, no over charges. This was a relatively small siding job plus paint. Had a hard time finding bidders. They took it on and completed to perfect satisfaction. I highly recommed them. We used LP board n batten siding.

We had our home remodeled and a small addition put on. Everything turned out great and we are very happy with it. When we have work we want done in the future we plan to use KBS again and would recommend them to others.

Very knowledgeable and understood what I wanted. Thanks so much!

Dane went out of his way to try to accommodate our budget. Very professional company & very customer service focused! Really appreciate them! Thanks again to Dane who did a lot of work to help us!! Nancy Brown

We had water damage in our home. KBS did a beautiful job of restoring our wooden floors, repairing the kitchen ceiling, and painting. The work looks great! We are happy with the job they did.

KBS took care of an existing roof issue from the storms we had a year ago. They worked with our insurance and took care of our repair! Rick was great to work with and Dane responded back quickly. Highly recommend KBS.

We hired Kitchen & Bath Solutions to install a new deck for us. Took awhile to get them out but once they were here it took only 2 days! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Dane is great to work with, always responded to our questions.

These guys were great to work with. They have completed two major projects for us this far in a kitchen backsplash install and remodel of a master and second bathroom. There was a slight mistake that they made with the master bath remodel, but they took full ownership of it and made it right. We have them quoting additional projects as well as I believe in having a contractor that I can trust. All of their team members are super professional, extremely nice and great to work with. Would certainly recommend this company!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. We hired Kitchen & Bath Solutions 14 months ago for our last remodel before we retired. We already had an idea of colors and layout and they worked within our budget. Anytime we needed help someone was ready to assist. What really struck my wife and I is how genuinely invested they were in us as people. Rick especially would stop out to check on the guys and would talk for 15-20 minutes. The workers enjoyed being here and made an effort to make sure we understood what was happening each day. We had 2 cabinet doors and 3 hinges get broke by one of the installers but Rick took care of us. We have used small remodeling companies all our life and we would add this one to the list of remodelers we would recommend.
